BOOK APPOINTMENT

Suicide is unfortunately a very big issue in Ireland. Whether you have lost somebody through suicide, or you feel suicidal yourself, it really is important to discuss these feelings with somebody. Those who have committed suicide or think about it often say that nobody understands that everybody will be better off. This is a very common thought, but completely untrue. For those who have lost a loved one it can be so difficult to understand how they could have thought that way. One thing to understand is that there are lots of people out there who want to offer support and help. For those who find it difficult to confide, I offer a relaxed, yet professional place where you can voice your thoughts without being judged. Again, if you have any thoughts or are trying to deal with the loss of a loved one, I urge you to call today.
